All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.
If your order is lost in transit, please contact us at hello@meltemco.com within 30 days of your expected delivery date. We will investigate with the carrier and, if the package is confirmed lost, issue a full refund or send a replacement at no additional cost.
